It's astonishing how many people here seem to be so slow on the uptake; some of the questions are truly hilarious. I enjoy being here, my wife is laughing too 😂🤦

I always find it funny how many people don't read IPACS's posts and just start writing :D

Before speculation gets out of hand...

We're planning to add two new planes in total with this massive update.

Hey, I have a question. Will The New 787 be up to A350 standards? Will it be as realistic as the A350?

I know, just can't stop thinking of the possibly of one of the teasers being a embroer E190 or E195

Will we really have an E190 or E195 in Aerofly FS? At least in my view, I think it's extremely unlikely that either of these two aircraft will be added to the simulator, considering that the main focus is on large commercial jets.

Fingers crossed on E195-E2 since they’d have the GTF modelling from the A320neo

It will be either the 190-195 or the E2, in my opinion!

I heard them in another post, the post was asking for azul airlines livery in a320 neo, and IPACS replied saying to wait the other 3 teasers.

As they wont teaser only a livery, its probably a plane, and azul has a330 (which wont come by now), a320's variations (including neos) and, finally, Embraer (190, 195, and E2) so, my expectations are really high on a Embraer, also, by what we have seen. The usualy do the "normal" version, so probably it will be a 195 or 190, and then a E2 or 175,145 and more.

In my understanding, two new aircraft will be added in this next update: a Boeing 787-9 (already announced) and an A320 Neo, which apparently appeared unintentionally in a screenshot showing the weight (load) and fuel quantity adjustment settings. I find it extremely unlikely that the second aircraft to be announced in the future will be an Embraer 190 or 195, considering that the main focus is on large commercial jets. Developing either the E190 or E195 from scratch would take a considerable amount of development time and they could not be launched in the short term.

Yes. And other people who didn't read Jan's post clearly thought that the update includes four aircrafts.

Well the two new Planes are already known as the A320Neo and the 787-9 Dreamliner or are there two other ones we still don’t know? 🤔

    Quote from AHD

I don't know what the chances are but I hope that one of the two other planes is an A340-300.

Will the 787-9 in our simulator be powered by GEnx or Trent 1000 engines??

    Directly from Jan's blog yesterday:

"We're adding a brand new aircraft to Aerofly FS, the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner! The 787-9 is shorter than the existing 787-10 aircraft and has been very popular with airlines in the real world. Our 787-9 for Aerofly FS features over 35 different airline liveries.

The Boeing 787 Dreamliner is a state-of-the-art wide-body aircraft made from carbon fiber composite materials. The 787-9 is the mid-size version of the 787 family with a maximum takeoff mass of 254 tons, a capacity of up to 406 passengers, and a range of 7,565 NM (14,010 km). It is powered by two GEnx-1B70 engines with 349.2 kN of thrust or two Trent 1000-D3 engines with 331.4 kN of thrust each."

    -Kind regards and bons vols!

The A380 image showing “EMPTY” and “MTOW” really suggests that a new weight and balance system is coming.

If that’s the case, it could also mean we’ll finally be able to load passengers, cargo or fuel in a more realistic way.

Going from an empty aircraft to MTOW implies some kind of dynamic loading — which would be an amazing addition to Aerofly.
