Probably not. They said there will only be two planes coming.

    Yeah, that's alr confirmed..

Just to clarify what I meant earlier:

I was referring specifically to the new Fuel & Load menu where we can set the aircraft’s weight (EMPTY, OEW, MTOW, etc.).

My question was whether this new system is connected to upcoming ground services.

    For example:

If we set a certain payload or fuel amount in the menu, will the ground vehicles (fuel truck, baggage loaders, passenger boarding, etc.) load the same amount into the aircraft automatically when starting a flight?

In other words, will the weight we choose in the menu be physically “loaded” into the aircraft by ground services?

The sliders in the menu allow you to set any weight that you want and it's loaded instantly.

Will this update have improved performance / adjustable sliders to meet player's need based on their hardware and some bug fixes / QOL improvements? For example, when exiting the app and resuming a Concorde flight, it splits it into two separate legs instead of one continuous leg in the Concorde log book.

Thanks a lot Jan for the clarification.

I only meant to ask about a possible link between the new Weight & Fuel menu and future ground features.

The new system is very detailed (EMPTY, OEW, MTOW, payload sliders, etc.), which made me wonder whether the weight defined in the menu could eventually be physically reflected by ground operations (fuel truck, baggage loaders, passenger boarding, etc.).

I understand that for now the weight is applied instantly — that part is clear.

My question was only whether the new weight system was designed in a way that would allow future ground features to load the same values defined in the menu.

Thanks again for your time and explanations.

If I want to fly from EDDN to EDDM and then on to EDDF, do I have to leave the cockpit and go into the menu to change the weight, or does it also work in the cockpit view. I hope you understand what I mean. I always plan several flight destinations in succession, just like in real life, without leaving the cockpit view.

We may eventually have animated loading but currently that's not implemented.

Yes and we didn't have to change a single line of code to achieve that, it was already simulated natively. I may have to stiffen some of the wings because they bend quite a bit now with the increased weights.

Wow, I saw a small detail: the Wi-Fi pack of the 320neo in the game depends on whether the airline has it as an option.:P

Can you please add Helgoland and it’s Airport? The waypoint already exists but the Island and the Airport are still missing.

Could we get a tiny teaser or hint for the next feature? (Like you did with the fuel an weight balance and with the carrier)

you just gotta wait, however the pictures in the teasers do give a promising look about the products being finished already so probably this would be more of a christmas or new year thing. let's just wait for IPACS to release it, and of course everyone is excited for it so we just gotta wait :D

    December Update (4/8) - New Airbus A320neo

A new aircraft is being added to Aerofly FS, the Airbus A320neo! The A320neo (new engine option) is derived from the A320ceo (current engine option) but it differs in many aspects and has seen many improvements. We've gone to great lengths to integrate these real world changes into our Aerofly FS simulator aircraft as well, see the long list of differences below.

The Airbus A320neo is an upgrade to the successful A320 airliner with new engine options (neo) with lower emissions, lower fuel…
