Well, the current weather radar is perfectly depicting the dry weather conditions anyway... so one could say it's working... or perhaps it's not working, we'll never know.
The traffic selector has no function yet, similar to the A350 or A380 traffic selectors. Perhaps we can have a working traffic radar some day, that would be awesome!

So, as for the fuel pump, I don't know, but Jan has confirmed that there is indeed a whale sound and a PTU.

When you exit the game, then resume the flight then the aircraft state is now saved as well, so fuel that you had on board should also be saved between sessions.

As they said: not yet. If you use time skip, it will simulate a consumption. But if you fly real time, there is no consumption yet. But take off at full load, at cruise reduce the load to something medium, and on descent set it to your landing weight. It’s better than nothing. Real consumption will be added for more and more aircraft over time, I guess. With every update a bit more planes as they are done with the calculations and implementation. My guess at least
