HUD Changes for Airbus A350-1000

    Hey, IPACS developing group! I hope you are doing well!


    I would like mention a little advice about the HUD for Airbus A350-1000. In reality, there are only a few airlines that equipped HUD on Airbus A350-1000 (Japan Airlines and Cathay Pacific). Others for example Qatar, British Airways, French Bee, etc. are not equipped with HUD on their A350s.

    I do know that IPACS group would like to make this simulator as realistic as possible, I don’t know if it easy for you guys to simply remove the HUD for some airlines for much more realistic experience when you have time, Thanks!


    If you need me to “prove” which airlines do or do not have HUD, I could help you with that too!

    It's not possible to "simply remove" the HUD. The textures, in particular the ambient textures and illumination textures, are rendered with the HUD in place and would have to be replaced. This would increases the download size because many high detail cockpit textures would have to exist in two variants, one for with HUD and one without.
