Anyone know how to operate the carrier elevator? My carrier elevator doesn’t work at all and never behaves like in the pictures. Is there any trigger or condition needed?

Yes, when the plane spawns, the elevator sometimes goes up; it seems to happen randomly. It can't be actively controlled. I tried to go into the hangar, but it didn't work.
