isa deviation, cost index, there are way too many parameters to expect a close match.

Check that wind speed is set to zero and the atmosphere is set to ISA standard conditions.

We use the basic payload vs. range data from the aircraft to compute a rough range estimate on the menu page. Those may not be accurate.
