AH64-A Apache error

  • It would seem the last update has crippled my Apache. I can easily rectify the problem on my un-encrypted tmd file but I have no way of producing a TMQ file as I do not have the original files anymore. If Master Jan can produce a TMQ from my TMD file we are all good to go again else its curtains for the poor old Apache. No I can't up-load a TMD file before anyone asks, its simply not allowed for helicopters ;(

  • Hi Steve,

After our winter break we can provide you with new SDK tools but I don't think they are actually necessary. What are the exact error messages that you get when loading the aircraft with the latest TMD file in the sim? Once these errors are solved you can copy the TMD over to your intermediate folder and run the converter which creates the encrypted TMQ file again.

  • Evening Master

    The error I get is

WARNING: property 'InputAutoThrottle' is not a member of type 'display_f18_hud' hash=17233017296030073548.

I copied a lot of details I didn't need when I created the Apache, I have learnt much since then Master and realise the error of my ways :(. If I comment out that line in the F18 HUD in my tmd I can get the Apache into the sim no problems. Unfortunately I don't have the files to create an intermediate directory so I am unable to create a tmq file. I will continue to look for the files of course. Michael has suggested using a folder and I assume a system.tmd file but no luck on my part so far.

Happy New year to all the team
