At which airport are you taking off from?
Are you using TOGA thrust for takeoff?

Doha (10ft elevation), calculated flex take off, TOGA is set after V1, Once the engine fails (At MTOW) aircraft will not climb. Lower weights are fine single-engine.
The aircraft should be able to climb with a take-off derate, even with FLX/MCT being the thrust limitation for Vmcg/Vmca.

Ah, I overlooked that you had one engine inoperative. Yes, that is a known issue with the current engines. The thrust drops too much from static to around 200kt. It should remain somewhat constant but I have no real world data to rely on.
