Next planes and features to come?

    Hey,

    I want to start a little discussion/guessing what would be the next aircraft’s and features to come.

    Pretty sure, the next two aircraft’s to come are

    Airbus A321Neo

    Boeing 737-Max 8 (personal favorite)

    I really hope sooner than later cause I really like them. 😉

    Unfortunately we already have confirmation that Airbus A330 is not planed to find its way into the sim which is kinda sad. The 330-300 and 330-900 Neo are amazing planes.

    Regarding to real world, I believe MD11, DC10, 757, 767 will probably never find its way into the sim, unfortunately. Proof me wrong.

    747-8 would be an awesome addition in my opinion, but as 747 is no longer produced, I think it will not be added.

    I really would love to see Airbus A220 and the Embrear Jets E175 and 195 as well as Cargo Variants or 737 and A320 Families.

    I’m not really interested in GA Aircraft’s or fighter Jets. So I don’t have a clue if or what to come.

    In terms of features I don’t want to talk about the typical requests like multiplayer, ATC or real weather.

    I would love to see a better integration of a routing system. Something similar to autoroute from Navigraph. With correct SID and STAR for the route.

    But this would maybe need a better wind system with several wind layers through different hights and, yes, an updated AIRAC.

    So I somehow need to talk about some of the mentioned topics I wanted to avoid.

    Licencing costs may be the biggest issue for devs to break some critical points of AF becoming much more realistic and keep the crown for the best sim. In my opinion, I see the point that only a few percent of users would use some features that result in higher app costs, but have you also paid attention to the possible new players that may switch from other Sims like IF or Xplane on mobile if you simply integrate new features that may result in a monthly cost like 2,99€-5,99€? Additional servers for multiplayer and/or ATC cost money, yes, but if you never try to break these boundaries, you never release the full power that sleeps within AeroFly.

    In the end I drifted away, but AF is great and for me the best sim on mobile. Thanks IPACS, for this awesome work and please keep it up and be brave to risk something, for becoming even better.
