Playing with controler

Is there a way to increase the throttle faster playing with a controller?

Not exactly immediately ,but faster because from CLB position to idle lasts about 6 seconds which matters a lot when landing.

Or maybe If it was a setting to show the throttle that you move with the finger when you play without a controler
