WinWing Compatability

  • Hello everyone,

I am looking to upgrade my basic sim set up with WinWing products. Currently my first purchase on the list is likely to be the WinWing ursa minor joystick.

Before I do purchase it, I just wanted to know if it is compatible with Aerofly FS 4 as this is my primary simulator.

Any info would be much appreciated!

  • I recommend to use the search function, because here in the forum there are already some contributions to products from WINWING or WINCTRL.

    Configurations:

    - MacBook Pro (16", 2024); Chip: Apple M4 Max; actual macOS
    - Controllers: | WinWing: URSA MINOR-Fighter-Joystick R, EFIS-L & FCU & EFIS-R | Thrustmaster TCA AIRBUS EDITION: 2x Quadrant, 2x Quadrant Add-On | Pro-Flight-Trainer: PUMA X | Steelseries: Nimbus+

    - iPad (12,9", 4th Generation, RAM: 6 GB); actual iOS | Steelseries: Nimbus+

  • I use the "URSA MINOR Fighter Joystick R" with my FS 4 on the Mac. Unfortunately, the buttons 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and 44 (blue marked) cannot be used yet because they are not recognized in the SETTINGS - CONTROLS - INPUT DEVICES menu. With all my external devices, "36" is the highest recognized number of a button.
