Hello Aerofly team,
I’d like to share some feedback regarding the Boeing 787 fan blade design, specifically for the Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 and GE GEnx engines.
On the real aircraft, both engines have very distinct fan blade characteristics:
RR Trent 1000: slimmer fan blades with a smooth twist and a more “open” spacing between blades.
GE GEnx: wider and more aggressive-looking blades, with a clearly visible sweep and a more solid appearance.
In the current Aerofly model, the 787 fan blades still look somewhat generic and do not fully capture the visual differences between the Trent and GEnx, especially when viewed from the front (engine face).
It would be great if a future update could improve:
Fan blade twist and curvature
Blade width and sweep geometry
Clearer visual distinction between Trent 1000 and GEnx engines
Thank you for the team’s continuous hard work. Small visual details like this would greatly enhance realism, especially for users who enjoy aircraft and engine accuracy.
