Its the ndb approach integrated in the game? because i tried to do an NDB approach and the appr button doesn't engage.

The autopilot can't fly an NDB approach, that's done manually or with autopilot selected modes, not in approach mode. Only the latest real world autopilots are capable of simulating an NDB approach but they are actually flying it with GPS guidance not using the ADF.
