I am just asking for live weather, not like rain but maybe you can make code to move the sliders according to live weather because I use simbrief to plan my flights and it gets kinda rough manually sliding them and also, same case goes for time, I hope you take this idea into consideration

I wanted to code the exact thing like a mod in aerofly but there is no actual api access they offer and there are many metar systems that are provided for free, some limited and some I have to buy

There are currently two mods for FS4 that provide real-world weather through downloading metar files, the issue is the Aerofly main.mcf file can only be read once before the sim is launched. So you set real-world weather for a single ICAO, and have to use that for the whole flight. Ideally, the sim would give you departure and destination weather, even better, read the nearest airports' weather whilst enroute, currently, you can only choose one, unless you reload the sim mid-flight.
Winds aloft and ISA deviations are also not read by the sim.
All my flights in the sim are done using real-world weather; the data is free, has been free since my simming days decades ago
