• I dont know about you but I’ve been saying this for a long time since we already have the 200 freighter and the 300 ER I think it’s time we get the passenger variant of the 200.

The Boeing 777-200ER "Extended Range" is a long-range, wide-body twinjet airliner, boasting a range of up to 8,889 miles 14,305km. And a typical seating capacity between 300 440 passengers, often in a 3-3-3 or 3-4-3 layout. First delivered in 1997 it features powerful GE90 or Rolls Royce & PW4000 engines with a 2-class Business & Economy or 3-class First,Business,Economy, configurations common.

I think it’ll be great to get the passenger variant of the 200 while it is the most popular 777 variant in the production line of the Boeing 777.

Don't you think that would just be more of the same? Adding another 777 to Aerofly would be repetitive on top of what we already have in the simulator, and the best thing to do right now would be to add more general aviation aircraft and executive jets, which are scarce categories in the simulator.

Right, it's always just about Airbus or Boeing here, it's getting boring. Both aircraft types and variants are almost identical. Something exotic would be much more interesting.

We already have an excellent number of commercial jets, but in the future, more could be added to meet community requests, such as the A330, Boeing 737 Max 8, A350-900, and the Boeing 747-8I. Adding these commercial aircraft would be the perfect way to complete the fleet of large jets in the simulator. However, I understand that the focus at this moment should be on adding general aviation aircraft and executive jets, which are scarce categories in the simulator, as I mentioned in my previous comment.

I think that they should add some turboprop airliners like YS-11 or ATR-42/72

  • How about an ATR 72-600? 😏🤙
Wanted something exotic? There you go.

In fact, it's not the same. At present, there is only the second generation 777 in the simulator, and it only has one engine option. B772 belongs to the first generation of 777. Like the B773, it has three different engine options and completely different usage scenarios. I don't think adding B772 or anything else is duplicated.

I understand. But it would basically be the same structure and the same cockpit, and the differences would be minimal, with different engines and different operating conditions compared to the 777-300ER and 777F, as you mentioned. I'm not saying that the 777-200ER can't be added in the future, but the focus now should be on bringing in aircraft from categories that are scarce in the simulator (general and executive aviation), considering that we currently have a very good number of large commercial jets in Aerofly FS.
