I got the same problem,only the call sign and the alternate airport works.

Simply enter a new departure and arrival airport.

I did it but the previous flight plan is still there, it doesn't delete, Still enter the departure and arrival data of the new airports, the previous waypoints follow the flight plan

You need to enter the ICAO codes and delete any previous waytpoints you created. The only way to quickly wipe the flight plan is to use the menu
