Self titled, can someone link me to a video that goes over a full cold and dark startup, as well as taxi, takeoff, cruise, and landing procedures. But MOSTLY I want a visual tutorial that shows each switch pressed during the startup.
Can Someone Please Post King Air Tutorial

I don't have a video, but a link to a manual:

Interesting! thank you for the manual, this is a beautiful aircraft.

They should add a larger version of it, that would be really cool.

That one is for a Super King Air 200. In Aerofly we got a King Air C90GTx.
I've personally been using the Pilot's Training Manual for the C90GTi/GTx for a while now. It's the closest I could actually find to a Pilot's Operating Handbook, but it suffices I guess.
Links to the aforementioned manual:

Aerofly also has an old wiki that's no longer updated I believe, but it's got a very basic tutorial on the King Air C90GTx.

P.S. I hope that it isn't a problem that I post this tutorial in a different reply to reply to the OP, compared to my reply to ApfelFlieger's reply.

This old tutorial was replaced by the more in-depth autopilot description here:

To reply to the original question:
We just recently changed a lot of things behind the scenes which also changed the default experience with the King Air to be more user friendly. For example, we added the assistance to enter v-speeds automatically and we now have adjustable fuel masses. There are still a few things open which we would like to implement first before creating a full tutorial for that aircraft. But a tutorial for the King Air is still on the todo list.
