I think multiple people that play the game, including myself would be very willing to donate to the dev team.
This could boost the income and get more done!
People who donate could see additional info about upcoming features.

We appreciate the idea but we don't sell information and we don't take donations/bribes to do more hours per week. If you want to help then make the product more popular by creating videos, sharing screenshots, writing positive reviews, telling friends about it, etc.

Fair enough. This isn’t ment as a bribe or selling info but simply a way to get you guys more income and possibly more outcomes in the game as I suppose installations/game engines and dev stuff is probably expensive. Thank you for the answer

I think you haven't understood Ipacs; the day only has 24 hours. More revenue is good, but doesn't necessarily lead to more new developments. Ipacs is probably already operating at full capacity.

I have been in this the same way, the global scenery and the Aircraft Bundle, even the newer planes (a350, 787-9, 320N) all included, which is awesome! Don’t get me wrong but I feel the deal is just too good! Access to Aerofly for people for whom the money is more of a problem is very important in my opinion. Giving everyone a chance to play Aerofly! But I wish I could pay up sometimes for new features. Help pay the salaries of a company. After all you all are still a company full of skilled and passionate people. So for me at least, I would not at all mind paying more for new awesome stuff that takes tons of time and resources! I would not expect anything in return just keep doing what you all are best at! I would love for you all to even consider!
Friendly Greetings,Me!
Ps: told you guys before I thank a huge part of aircraft love, passion and knowledge to the amazing people at Ipacs! I started playing I think 6 years ago now, not entirely sure. And will soon be starting my ground-school to become a commercial pilot! I really am thankful for all the hours of trying not so appropriate passenger aircraft handling out, and keeping the iPad on all night for an overnight, and of course flying countless (more realistic) hours on the a320. I really am! Keep up the good work, and thank you very much! -
I would prefer to pay for high quality developments inside FS4 than have to buy an all incompatible new FS6 (or whatever number) just to introduce a fresh income impulse.
The mobile pay scenery model is a huge improvement over the truly horrible annual cut offs.

I think the small team that are producing Aerofly have done an amazing job and I have left positive reviews where I can. I do not produce YouTube videos but whenever I see Aerofly content I subscribe and thumbs up to try to help get the sim more publicity. I would gladly pay towards future addons and updates if this was an option and I feel the team are perhaps underselling themselves a little with all the free additional content they produce. At the end if the day I just want the sim to continue to develop as I'm sure we all do. Anyway, a big thanks to the team for such a great job.

I think the idea to allow the community making donations is good.
IPACS could use this money to hire a company to promote the game with a Instagram or TikTok account or YouTube Shorts. Sponsoring a content creator who would advertise Aerofly is also an option.
The donations can be made via Patron or inside the app.

I agree but it doesn’t seem to be of the taste of ipacs

Just a suggestion, nothing more.

IPACS doesn't need donations to support development work because they have their own resources from simulator purchases and user subscriptions. Suggesting that they accept user donations is completely inappropriate and even unethical in their view, and it was absolutely certain that this idea would be rejected. Why, instead of creating topics with these bizarre and senseless suggestions, don't you suggest adding more important features at the moment, such as multiplayer, ATC, real-time weather like rain, Garmin GPS in Cessna 172 and Baron 58 aircraft, AIRAC updates, Simbrief integration, adding more performance options to the CRJ900 FMC, and more general and executive aviation aircraft? Furthermore, some aircraft need a complete rework, such as the Boeing 747-400, which has maintained the same appearance for 6 years and has never been reworked, in addition to lacking numerous liveries.

The horrible danger is the introduction of a more or less fake new version just to bring in fresh income. Sustaining the current version with payments for high quality new material is better than losing all we have with the current versions. When FS4 needs to be replaced it should be because of unforeseen and incompatible revolutionary technological developments.

Well, if we didn’t gave donations to help flight sim repository, which was for us, the community, I doubt any one would gave donations to anything else.
