Fix approach lights system

I agree. An incredible amount of airport is lacking the necessary lighting and runway markings. No real details are needed tbh, just the markings and lighting which could be generalised to the same system that identifies runways to model them in the game (as I doubt it’s done by hand).

I confirm,i think more than 50% of the airports don't have papi lights and touchdown zones.

Essentially any airport without any parking slots built-in / auto-generated airports.

Bahrain OBBI and Abu Dhabi OMAA have parking spots, no approach lighting. The strange thing is the tiny airports in the region all have approach lighting.
