Suggestions to enhance the experience during the flight.

  • Hi IPACS, I have a few requests/suggestions to enance the experience during the flight in Aerofly.

    1. Togglable flight information during the flight:

It would be cool to be able to toggle the flight information on and off during the flight. If I want to make a screenshot or just enjoy the graphics, the flight information can disturb. Going always to the settings is a bit annoying.

    2. Hud horizon view as flight information opinion:

I wish we would have a minimalistic flight information like the hud horizon view, but as flight information option.

    3. All views available for the favorite views:

Right now, there are only a few views available for favorite views. Please add all views to favorite views.

    4. Control fade/control show toggle during the flight:

Like with the togglable flight information, it would be nice to have a button where the user can toggle between Control fade/control show during the flight.

    5. Freely assignable button instead of the time skip button:

I don't use the time skip button very often (and a lot of other users most likely too) and because it's available in the top right menu too, I thought that the user could be able to assign this button freely, for example air brake, auto throttle, brake & reverse thrust, etc.

    6. Standard view:

The standard Cockpit view is in my opinion zoomed too much in, I always have to zoom out. Is it possible to make that the standard is more zoomed out?

    Thank you in advance.

  • Your suggestions are excellent. It would also be interesting to add a sliding map to the flight screen so we can track our plane's location on the map, avoiding having to exit the flight to view the map in the location menu. This feature exists in the PC version of Aerofly FS4, but for unknown reasons it has not yet been added to Aerofly FS Global for mobile devices.

  • Two more suggestions:

    7. Time skip feature:

Instead of the button which just skips like 5-10 % of the flight, a completely new window could open with a map, a slider below where the user can select where he want to be exactly after the skip. On the map is showed, where the aircraft would be and additional information is provided where the user can see how much time will be remaining, how far it is to the destination, the approximate time to destination and altitude. Last but not least there will be buttons to cancel and confirm the action.

    8. Inflight map:

A simple Inflight map where the user can see where he is.

  • The cockpit view is indeed too zoomed in & when you zoom out it has a annoying fish eye effect which looks absolutely terrible & they also need to fix the suspension damping in almost every plane it's just too springy even if you butter. I've raised this issue before but I don't think it will ever be fixed.
