First officer’s joystick is not moving across all Airbuses after the update. Captains joystick movement still works.

Thats intentional.
In real life the sidesticks are not physically connected, which is shown in Aerofly

On mobile the virtual stick on screen is always tied to the left sidestick, which matches the default view position. The right sidestick is moving if you grab it with the finger, mouse cursor or VR hand controller and it's working. Because the two sidesticks are not physically linked together this behavior is accurate, intentional and not a bug.
