Are we able to create RNAV approaches for runways? How does the sim decide that Heathrow gets RNAV approaches and Kaula Lumpa doesn't? Both these airports have RNAV approaches in reality.
Am a little frustrated with having another botched ILS approach in the sim due to misaligned Localizer and Glideslope. Long haul flight into WMKK 32R, real-world weather, 2-mile visibility, runway comes out of the haze, off to the left, and I'm on final approach to a highway 😑
