I am tweaking the RAT logic when the aircraft is in emergency configuration. I noticed the RAT is available down to 75knots in the sim. I am wondering if this figure was taken from official numbers? It is normally around 100knots on the smaller buses.
A350 RAT minmimum speed (query)

We don't simulate the RAT with actual physics yet so the behavior is not really that realistic and it's mostly copy-paste from the A320 where the RAT eventually cuts out during rollout. The exact value depends on many factors such as hydraulic and electric power demand, inertia and decay speed of hydraulic pressure, etc, so there probably is no hard value for it, just a recommended minimum speed where the maximum expected power can be still be produced.

When I was making the RAT in the hydraulic simulation mod of the A380, I consulted the ChatGPT. It meant that the RAT needs to generate enough power to supply EBHA/EHA through the aircraft's electrical network. Even if it is rotating, if the rotation speed is not fast enough, it will not be able to generate enough power. (The ChatGPT said that the RAT of the A380 and A350 needs an airspeed of around 140 knots to generate enough power for EBHA/EHA. However, ChatGPT is still an AI, and the information above is for reference only.)

I found a helpful A350 engineer who posts videos online. Anyway, I have the RAT logic working correctly now. Ideally, you want 140+knots. But it will work down to 100knots.
His channel is really good, not just for the A350
