After updating my Aerofly FS Global to version 01.06.07.01 via Google, the game now displays a white screen and won’t launch properly. Many of my friends are experiencing the same issue. Device: Vivo iQOO Neo9 Pro; Processor: Dimensity 9300.

When did you receive this update? My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE running Android, and I haven't received any recent Aerofly updates from the Play Store.

Broo, I have a Vivo X100 Pro and I'm having the same problems; it just stays on a white screen and nothing else appears. And it's the same processor as yours.
Version: 01.06.07.01
Android 16
I've already uninstalled and reinstalled it 5 times and the problem persists. After opening the simulator, it just stays on a white screen and nothing happens. Please fix this. 😭🙏🏻 I have an active subscription and I don't want to lose it because of the bug.

My Android version is Android 16, and I’m also using the stock Google apps.

My system version is Android 15, and all the software I use is the original app from the Google Play Store. Other apps such as Minecraft, Euro Truck Simulator 3, and social media apps all work normally. I also purchased the game from the Google Play Store, and my subscription hasn't expired yet.

My device is on Android 16, and all Google Apps are original. AeroFly FS Global was installed from the Google Play Store as well. Has worked perfectly fine for more than half a year.

Ok, very strange. We can't reproduce the issue on our side and we haven't changed anything in the startup logic. We will further investigate it and upload a new, experimental version to the public beta channel shortly.

I suspect this might be a compatibility issue between our device and the game’s new version, as it mostly occurs on Chinese‑made phones like Xiaomi and vivo. When I roll back to the previous version, the game runs fine, but updating to the latest build causes a white screen, followed by the message “Please check that Google Play Services is enabled (as shown below).” In fact, my Google services are working properly. I hope this can be fixed soon, since I still have several months left on my subscription.😭😭😭

I doubt it's just the 'Chinese' made phones. Can you all give us a feedback in what region your are located? Maybe that's a reason?

We are playing the game in China, and we previously had no issues using Google services—everything worked perfectly fine. However, the problem only started after the recent update. I hope you can optimize the system for this environment, as there is a large player base in China, and many are currently unable to play due to this issue. Perhaps system optimization could resolve it?:)

Maybe Aerofly fa doesn't support chinese phone like oppo, Honor, Xiaumi etc. I am just guessing couse i only read a few comments

I am using one of the latest devices of Xiaomi, with no issues for the past half year.
I have also received a new update (01.06.07.02) just now, but the white screen still persists. Furthermore, I don't even get the pop up as shown in your screenshot, just a white screen.

My region is Germany.
Additional information for the developers that might help:
On my phone (Redmi K90, Android 16, Snapdragon 8 Elite, App version 01.06.07.02), AeroFly FS is able to initialize and launch successfully.
However, on my tablet (Xiaomi Pad 7, Android 16, Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3, App Version 01.06.07.02), which I have been primarily using for AeroFly FS, is the only device of mine that has this issue.

Check whether play protect is enabled. Some Chinese phones don’t have it or, did you install custom rom? (Very common in custom roms)

In that case, Aerofly cannot be downloaded from Google Play anyway.

Ok, we still do not see what the issue could be. Can some users report if the 'Play protect feature' is enabled?
This can be checked here.
Google automatically protects apps being distributed by Google Play. From time to time they enhance and change this method. This might be a possible reason.

Google Play Protect is enabled on my device, but even when disabling it, the app is still unable to launch.
