Question for the community

  • Hello all, I have a question: Ho often and how long do you play Aerofly?

For me, there are phases where I do one or two flights a day that last together 30-40 minutes and there are phases where I fly more that 15 hours in a week.

    Every response is welcome.

    Thank you.

  • A very interesting question related to my person😄. Because I spend a lot of hours in the FS 4 every day - but I really do far too little flying. Because most of the time I puzzle something at AIRCRAFT, AIRPORTS and POI. During my work at airports and poi I drive a lot with the pushback truck or fly with EC135 and UH60, when working on aircraft I then fly with the affected aircraft.

If I just want to fly, than with ANTARES, F18, Q400, EC135 and UH60 as well as APACHE, BLERIOT, C130, LYNX and an aircraft still in development.

man i haven't made a full flight in like 3 months, 🥲 i've gotten myself into modding and making liveries but i'll soon get back to it, i usually do long haul flight that are over 7 hours as they are more relaxing and i like to grind flight hours, when i first started i started on the 737-800 when it was first added and i thought of making that plane my main one and started flying it more often

"I fly almost every day for about 4 to 5 hours. My go-to route is Vietnam Airlines A321, mostly flying from Ho Chi Minh City to Kaohsiung, Taipei, and some routes to Japan and South Korea

  • Hi everyone. I'm new to the product (2 weeks or so), but have been suitably impressed so far. Still waiting for my Thrustmaster Throttles unit to arrive and then I can progress further. I am "flying" around 2 hours per day, but mainly familiarising with the product and its functionality. Working through some of the Career achievements at the moment, quite good fun, and have flown some of the Challenges and Tutorial flights. Onwards and upwards.

A new A400M model would be fantastic for the future, as this was the last "full flight simulator" that I worked on before retiring. Would be great to re-aquaint with the airplane.

  • This is a very good question.

I purchased AEROFLY FS4 in 2022 and have used it for nearly 1,000 hours so far. Of course, a significant portion of this time has been spent on recording footage and practicing techniques.

I once maintained a schedule of one short round trip within two hours and one intercontinental flight per week, which typically took me around twenty-five hours.

  • sometimes i do practice flights in which i master things like Visual Approach, GLideslope, maintaining Centerline and try to make the landing as soft as possible while keeping it in the norm.

these can take from 2-4 hours

and sometimes i do serious flights that i usually leave on standby for at least 2 hours, 12 hours maximum

  • Now I have to see how it looks for me:
