The speeds in the Airbus models are correct. Depending on the wind, the Airbus "corrects" it:

First, do you have the assistance for FMS and autopilot on or off?
Secondly, the real A320 compensates for headwinds and gusts and increases approach speed as needed to maintain a constant ground speed. This is called ground speed mini and is fully implemented km Aerofly FS as well.
If you enter the wind on the performance landing page then the expected headwind is used and the approach speed is flown a bit slower than if the wind is unexpected and assumed to drop to zero just before touchdown if you didn't enter anything.

In other words: if you have a headwind then the aircraft increases approach speed automatically.
