Strange question, but perhaps someone here still works in the Aviation industry: Whilst upgrading the A350 Advanced to work with the latest Beta, I decided to revisit a few systems and get it matching the FCOM fully. My question is regarding setting temps for medical supplies, livestock, and food in the lower cargo holds. I understand the crew will monitor temps, but do the ground crew set temps? For example, bulk cargo needs to be at 28c, and forward cargo at 5c for some medical supplies; is this all done before the crew arrives for a longhaul flight?
For fun, I've added a cargo manifest in the dispatch log, some requiring different temps in the hold, so I'd like to get the report as accurate as possible.
