The aircraft converter does this automatically.
Unfortunately, the latest converter cannot generate a preview unless you modify the tmd file of the aircraft. Officials have always said that the aircraft converter can be generated, but they ignore the problem of the old version of the converter (the last update stayed in 23 years)

Unfortunately the public aircraft converter can’t create the preview for the aircraft, I think the version is too old, any chance to get a newer converter

Thank you Jan - could you give a bit more information, how exactly would I go about this? Do I need some sort of blender output into the converter so it generates the model of the aircraft? I’m not exactly sure how it would work since I’m only converting PNG images to TTX. I really just want the easiest possible method
Listen to me, buddy, you can't generate it, because the official hasn't updated the converter for three years.
