Hi Joel, I'm using a Turnigy TGY-i10 connected with USB and works fine.
(iMac 27" El Capitan OSX 10.11.3) -
I'm using the Ikarus USB dongle, connected with a Graupner HoTT Receiver.
Works perfectly! -
I'm using a Spektrum DX6i via an Icarus USB adapter and Futaba/Spektrum cable.

I have a 2011 MBP, on OSX 10.11
I use a taranis 9 with a standard mini usb cable. Just swith on the transmitter before plugging the mini side of the cable into the radio. Aerofly 7 picks it up as a taranis controller.I have used other usb dongles, and 3.5mm connectors, but the standard USB cable is the easiest and least finicky.

Hi Sayinglow, I have a mac retina and a DX6i transmitter with all the connectors available via Icarus and still having trouble getting Aerofly to recognize the DX6i. I have it set up like it suggests on the Icarus website. I even had an IT guy here and he was unsuccessful. Suggestions?
