We have reports about crashes with newer Android devices and Aerofly 1. We will have a look at it, but we currently cannot reproduce it, which makes it difficult to fix.
-
Android 6 upgrades of existing older devices are affected. My new Pixel C came with Android 6 and is unaffected. Nik did a Android 6 upgrade to his K1 ages ago, just after he got it last year, and it was OK.
-
Precisely Nick also has this same problem when upgrading to 6.0.1

Re Shield K1.
The original ota to Marshmallow gave no problems with either AF1 or AF2. Neither did the subsequent update to MM6.0.1.The Latest nvidia OTA update to version 1.3, which is still MM6.0.1 but includes the June Android security patch has prevented AF1 from running.
AF2 is fine though. -
I have reinstalled the application and the problem persists. I do not know what else to do. maybe write to support Nvidia ...:(

We have just uploaded a new Beta version to our test groups. Again, we cannot reproduce the issue on our devices, even with Android 6.0.1. If you want to test the latest version, please send us your Email and name for the Google Play test group to mail (at) ipacs.de.
-
Are you still running a beta version for iOS? I tested this previously but not seen anything new in Testflight.
-
Beta testing is confidential and it would be hepful to not publicise private IPACS procedures.

IPACS mentioned it in #7.
-
For iOS? (#8) This seems to relate to AF 1 only and looks like a fix rather than an update/upgrade.
-
Just asking if there is a current beta for iOS as I was happy to participate and feedback as I did previously.

Benjamin Moinelo. Mail :benrmc31@gmail.com I would appreciate the opportunity to participate. Thank you

The android 6 update messed up a lot of games and software on android phones/tablets. They are slowly fixing everything, "slowly" very slowly....
-
It's android 7.1.1 on my Pixel C. No word on when they will release android FS2. They are busy on PC it seems.

And whilst Ipacs have been neglecting the mobile version for PC, Laminar have not. Xplane10 mobile has pulled ahead in mobile sim market with their last update. The new cockpit manipulators and full nav instrument functionality and operation is really good.

I'm very happy with the published improvements in the iOS FS2. Switzerland is a bit soft in my old mini 2 iPad but the dusk and night effects are great and the partially working nav-aids are a step up from iOS FS.
Android FS1 is actually close ignoring the time of day change. I have Switzerland now in iOS FS, FS1 in android and PC and 2 versions of FS2 (iOS and PC, ignoring beta programs).
iOS FS is so handy!, it's my old favourite.
