Aircraft development takes a lot of time, especially new airliners. For the A320 alone probably more than a thousand hours went by... You can't just snip with your fingers and create a new aircraft - not at the level of detail that IPACS puts into the visuals and overall quality of the aircraft.

And if you ask me, I'd always prefer a finished quality product over a rushed last minute release just for the sake of releasing it in time...
So please be patient, I guess
