Hi,
does AFFS2 use DX12 or still 11?
I'm looking to buy a new PC, and wondering if I'm going for just some parts like Mobo, CPU and RAM of that it would help me to upgrade to a DX12 graphics card as well.

In case a better reply is slow in coming, I thought it relied on Open gl, sorry if the terminology is wrong. If you search through some earlier posts especially from May or earlier you might find some better information.
Aerofly uses OpenGL for rendering, requirements are listed at the bottom of this page: http://store.steampowered.com/app/434030/
Your graphics card needs to be at least OpenGL 3.0 compatible with 1GB RAM (OpenGL 4.0 compatible with at least 2GB or more is recommended)
My GTX 660 Ti handles Aerofly on up to two Full HD monitors at maxed out graphics settings with pretty much constant 60FPS (v-sync on)
(one monitor over detailed cities, all maxed out). If you want to go VR, then the 1060 would be a good, not as expensive option.
My r9 270x also does about 50fps maxed out, but i was just wondering if it would make a difference. But if OpenGL, no problem. VR will be a requirement, I might just go for an all AMD system next year.
