I would suggest to open a new thread or rename the current one to include the "corrupt textures" issue for future reference. This seems to be the biggest issue in the SDK right now... and it is nested in this DR400 thread.
I am not doing this as admins or other users may prefer to leave it as it is. -
We have fixed the texture conversion bug internally and will commit a new version of the converter soon.
It was caused by the most recent NVIDIA drivers. Reverting back to older versions, fixed the issue. But we have rewritten the conversion process entirely, so its no longer ( hopefully ) dependent on the NVIDIA drivers.

Cold and dark? Am I missing something as it starts up running for me same as all the others.

It always starts up as "warm" because there is not cold and dark startup feature in the Aerofly yet.
BUT you can turn off the engine in the DR400 and turn off all electrics making it cold and dark...
