Cav, can you let us know what version Aerofly is showing and can you please do an 'integrity' check of Aerofly FS 2 files using the Steam client. Besides that, please also post or email ( mail (at) ipacs.de ) us the tm.log file please.

It appears that there is a bug that I just passed along. I would assume that you are not opted in beta, this is where this bug resides (in standard). If you move into Public_Beta channel (which is only a 56MB difference) you will have EA4.32, try again and you will see the issue is gone. With that build the autopilot should also be fixed and there are some new types of trees introduced as well.
As Jeff already stated, there was indeed a bug in the latest version. We pushed through a new update that should have the tree issue fixed.

Is there a specific location where we can see the new trees? I am not much of a tree nut, and only notice them when they are in the middle of the freeway or on a runway where they shouldn't be.

More variance of trees were introduced in the EA432 update. You should see some different trees mixed into all scenery now.

Sure it is. It's named Public_Beta now. All versions are now on the same EA4.32 version now though.
