One of the most beautiful sceneries in any flight sim platform.
Could you elaborate more on how this is made?

Looks excellent! I would really like to see Las Vegas DLC in this detail!
Yep, south Florida is pretty nice!
A look by ACelis VFlights at the South Florida DLC:
How d'you select time of day on the fly?
Can't see it in the wiki anywhere.
Hold down t or shift+t
Or go into the conditions setting and change time of day with the slider
The new added DLC 'Southern Florida' is again a pleasure to fly in and over photoreal scenery, some shots of my most recent flights:

Wow very nice photos of our new South Florida scenery!
Look in your settings - controls setup - simulation - change time, and you should have the "T" and "shift-T" keys assigned for that purpose.
Cheers, Ed
Thanks Ed!
I had at some point assigned "T" to something else.
When I later unassigned it, it did not revert to "change time".
It should warn you when you are about to overwrite a stock assignment, I reckon.
One last question before I actually get to posting a nice Miami screenshot here :
I used the <Ctrl>F8 camera some time ago, and the viewpoint appears to be stuck wherever I last left it!
How do I get back to my plane?

How do I get back to my plane?
Press R to reset the Ctrl-F8 camera to your plane.
Press 1 (or any other view key) to exit the Ctrl-F8 view. (You need to unpause the sim in order to start flying again because Ctrl-F8 also pauses the sim).
I first wondered why the Ctrl-F8 view is saved because it would be more convenient or logical if that camera would reset to the plane position after you exit it or after a restart of the sim (it's quite odd that when you are for instance flying in Utah the Ctrl-F8 camera may teleport you to Switzerland ) but then I remembered it's actually a developer camera (which IPACS very kindly gave us access to), so for people who for instance develop scenery. And for that purpose you really want the camera to stay where it was, of course, so you don't have to move to the location you are working on all over again every time you have exited the sim or tried to fly above your scenery! I really like the camera btw: it's a great addition!

How do I get back to my plane?
Go to cockpit view and press the Escape key and you'll be back to normal flying again.

Thanks for that info!
I also find the camera a great addition. You have to watch out at altitude though, as it seems to pick up speed the higher you go!
SO: a few from Miami then.
A monumental work, as you delve into the scenery.
