Now can't convert... can FSET be TOO big?

    Downloaded one huge area in FSET, with which to convert many smaller areas. Have done successful ones in past, but now convert tool will stay at 0% and crash. Any reason it should struggle pulling my defined TMC from a huge FSET area? Feel like I wasted 50+ hours on the download.

    The TM ends with;

    246.27-tmsysthread: ERROR: thread close timeout (renderthread)

    252.38-tmsysthread: ERROR: thread close timeout (convert)

    253.26-tmmodule: render thread exited
