It is the ttx files in the scenery/images directory within the Geoconvert area that you move to the Documents/AeroflyFS 2/scenery/images directory.

Oh ok I moved the whole lot I guess that makes a big difference? I'll try again
Ok ED I dont have any tts files just aic, bmp inf and tfw files
The Scenery Images file in the Geoconvert directory is empty
If you meant ttc instead of tts then I don't have any of them either
GeoConvert Helper works excellent.
Thank you so much, admoore63.
The Scenery Images file in the Geoconvert directory is empty
If you still have that directory empty, that means that your conversion failed for some reason. The files created by the geoconvert tool are located in the Aerofly_FS_2_SDK\aerofly_fs_2_geoconvert\scenery\images, and that's the directory you should look into.
Cheers, Ed
Hi @ all,
i also have no images in Aerofly_FS_2_SDK\aerofly_fs_2_geoconvert\scenery\images The GeoConvertHelper

Have you tried disabling Level 10?. Run it for 5 levels, 9-11-12-13-14 only to see if it works.
Good luck, Ed
Hi Ed,
thanks for helping me, but its not working. The tool need more time to convert but no file at the image folder
You need to show us (provide a list of ) the files in F:\AddSzene\FSET\work. The large BMP and inf/txt/http://PartialFSEarthTiles.ini/etc files should be there after running FSET by clicking on the START button.
thanks for helping me, but its not working.
Have you pressed the "E" button inside FSET before making the tiles.?
Maybe you miss a file called PatialFSEarthTiles.ini - here: F:\AddSzene\FSET\work?

oky here are the list
Hi GeoConverters,
if the GeoConvert Helper finishes without error and the folder 'aerofly_fs_2_geoconvert\scenery\images' is still empty there is probably something wrong with the files created from previous attempts.
You should empty all folders where files were generated, these are:
While the source folder must be cleared manually the other two can be cleared automatically by GeoConvert Helper. Simply check the corresponding checkboxes.
I hope this helps
Uwe
Hi @ all,
i empty all folders, then i start the FSET, then i create the 'PartialFSEarthTiles.ini' and after that i start the GeoConvert Helper. Now its working! Thank to Uwe and Edward, Hartman.
luk
The converter is now working but sadly crashed after I went to sleep 😭
admoore63 Cheers mate!
I just download the program but could you do one thing for us beginners. COULD YOU PLEASE MAKE US A VIDEO TUTORIAL on how to make and put these files in the game- alot of us are lost- and i feel like your tool will help us who are lost finally get started
We will try to make some easier to understand tutorials but we simply just don't have enough hours in the day to make video tutorials as well. Give this all some more time while more improvements and possibly more automation is added to the tool. The geoconvert tool was just released and it's already made great progress, but more time is needed to review things on how it can be improved.
I'm sure someone will make a video of the process at some point.
After I altered my pagefile everything went well
There is only one little thing and sorry if it's discussed before.
To test the alpha blending of the coastline I did one tile, so I had all bmp's in my work folder and one .tif, I deleted the .bmp
[Blocked Image: https://myalbum.com/photo/us5DvoFiKa8d/360.jpg]
Now when I fly over the area I'm missing that tile, I look and it's also missing in the "input_aerial_images" folder, also no .aic file
Only a .tfw, did GeoConvertHelper forget to copy the tif file?
[Blocked Image: https://myalbum.com/photo/vz9YN4D0GBSN/360.jpg]
Wat did I do wrong here?
Nobody?
I've done it but I'm not sure if it's the official way.
While "GeoConvert Helper" starts to copy the images from work to "input_aerial_images" I do the same with my tif, by hand.
With one file no problem but it's an island, I think I have to move the tifs before starting GeoConvert Helper, I think.
First attempt with missing tile:
