I thought I understood this would be added to either the paint kits or the uodated SDK.

IPACS, any progress on adding capability for users to modify/change the fixed "Aircraft Call Signs" on panels?

for the B747 and C90 it is available for months as a part of the paint kits:
Livery Request - Qantas 747-400
Unfortunately I don't see it for the Learjet.
