All of the new M1, M2, M3 based Apple computers are fine for Aerofly FS. The Apple Mac Air might be a little slow in complex areas, but should be able to run Aerofly FS.

An iPhone 12 is too slow and has not enough power to render 3D houses. For this an iPhone 14 or better is required.

Aerofly FS Global with an active subscription has world wide coverage as well, yes.
-
Aerpfly FS 2 is our previous version. To fly in Asia you need Aerofly FS 4.

It might have to do with the new Google Play integrity checks. Google has recently added extra checks to check and see if the device being used is 'safe', whatever that means. If Google detects malicious software or not running genuine Google apps, this might be the reason. Also if the device is 'rooted' Google might be suspicous.

1Aviationnut : What version have you currently installed? Is your TX165 radio working as a normal USB HID device under linux?

What version are you using, please be detailed.

Val_s: Sorry, you can't really mix files with FS 2 and 4. FS 4 is a major new development. As for the mouse stuttering, we are sorry, but we just don't see what might be the reason. When searching the internet, you find numerous users experiencing these issues, but it's not clear what is really causing it. It seems to be a very delicate connection between the monitor, mouse, CPU and operating system and operating system settings. Again, we are not ruling out it's not FS 4 fault, but comparing our projects just doesn't show us any clue.
As a last idea, can you tell us your exact monitor type and settings ( refresh rate ) and let us know if you have enabled any display scaling settings within Windows 11?
-
We have done some investigation but haven't really found a possible solution yet, sorry.
On all our test systems we simply cannot reproduce the issue. The mouse moves smooth and there is no stuttering whatsoever.
It must be something very specific to your system setup and how Aerofly FS 4 works that gives you this issue. I am not saying it's not Aerofly FS 4 fault, but it's unclear what might cause this problem.
We will do further tests.

The Yeti is quite a sophisticated coder, at least from what can be seen on the monitor.

Ok, we think we found the issue here. In some regions the files from our streaming service were broken. We have resetted and updated the servers now and the fix should be available within a few hours.
To be on the safe side, please uninstall Aerofly FS Global and reinstall again.

We now have two threads with probably the same reason, so please do not double post here and in the other one. We are looking into it, but give us time.
We have used the exact same phone's as some users and used the same aircraft, but we can't reproduce the issue. So please do the following to support us:
1) Uninstall Aerofly FS Global
2) Update to the latest iOS version ( if you are already on 17.x ) and restart the phone
3) Install Aerofly FS Global again using the TestFlight app from Apple and using this link.
4) Then run Aerofly FS again. If it crashes TestFlight will send us the crash log so we gain more insight.
5) Please tell us the aircraft you use, the airport and runway you pick for take off and if any route in the navigation is active
6) Also tell us the traffic settings and any cloud settingsUsing all this information we then try to reproduce the issue.

@giallo: Ok, thank you. I see that crash log now and I see your email. Could you please give us some time to investigate this. Also is it specifically only EBBR or does it happen at other airports as well? Did you enable push back before you took of and what aircraft are you using?
Again, please be a little bit more patient, until we have checked this.
-
Ok, this is really strange. We just tested Brussels with various iPhone's and they work just fine.
Can you do us a favor an install the 'beta' version of Aerofly FS using the free TestFlight App and this link.
If you then experience a crash, you can send the crash log automatically to us and we can have a look with a little more insight.
-
giallo: Yes, please give that a try even though it should not be necessary.
-
It works fine here. What version are you on?
-
Please more details. What version are you using and what airport? What is your exact phone model number? Did you enable any high quality settings?
Please exit all other apps, that might be active in the background and restart your phone to get a maximum of free memory.

Please, upgrade your version. 1.00.16 is very old.
