I produced (currently just for myself) two new UserSceneries with the RC10 developement-kit.

Everything works just fine - the developement-kit & the RC10 easily can handle large panoramas 32768x16384.

But in the whole process I`m still struggeling with a clean terrain modell:
in this part of the process, I`m importing a (basis) terrain in blender via the Blosm-addon from Google. with this terrain, there is some kind of unterlaying grid and in this terrain, it also has some holes

    my questions:

    - how do you import a clean usable terrain model?

    - any idea, how to clean up a google-imported terrain, so one could get rid of the holes and unclean parts like `steps`, ....

thank you all for your blender & terrain-modelling support / ideas :)

    my camera: sony a7rV with 61K fullframe-sensor
    I`m always making HDR pictures (-4, -2, 0, +2, +4)

for the 32768x16384 I`m using usually a 15mm fisheye - > slight upscaling with ptgui

    or: 32768x16384 with a 20mm wideangle in 3 rows - no upscaling

or sometimes I`m making even 65536x32768 with a 40mm (with lots lots of rows and colums and a huge amount of data & work)

since the new scenery developement kit for the rc10 is not yet available:

I tried / produced a couple of sceneries (just for my personal use) with an native image resolution of 32784x16384.
I just set the paramters for the development-kit-Pano-converter to 16 instead of 8 (and the same in the ttx-file).

That work perfect & it looks great with that resolution :)

hopefully that will work the same way in the upcoming development kit
