Hi guys,
short question: Is it possible, to open doors on Dash 8 in Aerofly FS 2019 for iOS and if yes, how?
Furthermore, Is there a list available, which planes can open their doors (like Cessna 172, A320 ...) in this version?
Thanks a lot!

Jet-Pack (IPACS): So, guys, I've solved the problem: The problem with the not starting engine and energy supply on Q400 only appears, when "Limit frame rate" is set to "Yes". When you set it to "No", everythings fine.
So maybe you can reproduce it, when you go to "Settings", "Graphics settings" and set Limit frame rate to "yes". Then start a flight with Q400 and try to shut down engine 1 or try to shut down all engines and then start engine 2. Please give me a feedback, if you can reproduce it so.
Jet-Pack (IPACS): There're no updates in App Store. It's the latest version published 2 weeks ago, with the new region Switzerland as In-App. You can look it in the App-Store yourself, as you can see it in the attached screenshot also. As I mentioned, the problem appears since this version, before everything was fine in that matter.
Jet-Pack (IPACS): Aerofly FS 2019 Version 20.19.25 (20190527)
iPad 6. Gen, WiFi, 32 GB, iOS 12.3.1
So I've done several tests and found out, that it's a engine 2 problem. Engine 1 I can start without problems. I think also, that it's a energy problem (bug) ...
When I shut down engine 1, the energy supply goes down, see on this video:
Starting engine 1 is now problem. When I start engine 2, the energy supply goes down also, NH rotation goes to max 7-8% and goes down then, see here:
The APU generator shows a warning, did you actually turn it on?
How long did you have your engines stopped before you started them again?
I did the APU on, but APU on or off doesn't matter.
I had the engines off a few seconds, the longest time maybe was two minutes.
I tried to reboot the App and the iPad 6th Gen (iOS 12.3.1), no change.
When I load the plane, the engines are running.
Then I shut down with draw the Prop control 1&2 - the displays on cockpit and FMS flickering short, some warning sounds ... the engines turn off.
Then I select the engine in the overhead-panel "engine start", press the start-button: The warning STBY BATTERY appears, no rotation, after some seconds the start-button goes back in the middle position. After that the displays and the FMS by the copilot are dark.
Very strange.
Do you see any NH rotation?
No, there's no rotation.
It works just fine, no need to have the apu on. Battery master, main batt, standby batt, and aux batt all to ON. Turn the engine with start select switch, and bring the condition lever from FUEL OFF to START AND FEATHER when NH is between 10-20%. You can shut down and start the engines all day long.
All this I just had done. In the version before it worked fine.
I don't know, whats the problem is, because in the versions before I had such problems. There seems to be a battery or power problem, because some displays in the cockpit are dark, too ...
I attach you some pictures to see my settings and the warnings, maybe you can find out the reason. Thanks!
Hello,
since last update (Version 20.19.25) I can‘t turn on the engines on Dash 8-Q400 anymore. In the version before it works perfectly. Now, when I want to turn it on, a warning sound appears and in the warning light panel appears „STBY BATTERY“. I tried the battery settings, APU is on ... but nothing didn‘t help.
Is this a bug - or what is wrong?
Thanks,
knister
Hello,
some short questions about the A320 on Aerofly FS 2019 for iOS:
1) I noticed, that the doors can be opened, at some time ago I fortuitously tapped something, so the right front door was open during the flight and also it showed a orange sign on the middle below screen in the cockpit. But I never found, what to do or to tap, to close or open the doors? Can someone give me a hint?
2) The Dash 8 is the only airliner, I think, where you can shutdown the engines and turn on APU. Would it be possible for A320 also?
Thanks!
Hallo,
gibt es denn hier schon eine Lösung bzw. ein Update? Ich finde es auch schade, dass das ILS nicht bei einer normalen Nav-Route automatisch einschaltet. Wird denn das LS (der Button) nun automatisch betätigt?

The problem exists only when the rudder is on "auto" or "assisted".
On the setting "manual" everything is fine.
And yes - I'm familiar with this kind of planes, thanks
The same issue was discussed here: http://www.ipacs.de/forum/showthre…-with-the-Pitts - so it seems definitely to be a bug.
Hello all,
it's not an issue depending on rudder setting (autorudder, assisted or manual).
It's a bug, look here: http://www.ipacs.de/forum/showthre…-with-the-Pitts
We tested the Pitts and its flying just fine. Do you have Automatic Rudder enabled?
No, the rudder is set to "assisted", but it doesn't matter, what rudder setting it is.
It's the same issue like in the post here, confirmed as a bug: http://www.ipacs.de/forum/showthre…-with-the-Pitts
Any ideas to solve this? Please update!
Thanks!

Thanks on IPACS for Aerofly 1 - Switzerland is great!
But the App (on Android) has some annoying bugs, too - Version 1.0.11 on a Moto E 2. Gen
- Autopilot altitude is wiggling on some aircraft (f. e. Learjet, King Air)
- Pitts is not flyable - its a known bug, that the start on the ground is impossible because the airplane is getting not controllable
- The app is crashing too often - especially with the Baron and the King Air, but also with other airplanes
Please, let us get an update and fix to this bugs!
Thanks.
No, unfortunaly you've to buy they again. But there's a "all planes"-option, which means you can buy all planes for 4,99 EUR.
No answer? I'm pretty disappointed about that.
No, its not a beta Version, its the current Android version since June, 10: 2.1.29, see here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/det…aerofly2android
My device is a Moto E2 2015 LTE. The performance drop exits on all aircraft on flying below 2000 ft over San Francisco. Also I feel that the version is more slow than the others before, which means, that the seconds are longer (see on the watches in the aircraft). Also the feeling of landing and starting is slower ... not real time.
The update is nice - primarily the PAPI-lights and Callout-sounds.
But since this version I have noticeable performance-problems, I think the thing is the lot of 3D-Objekts in/around San Francisco. Will be there an option to reduce the 3D-Objekts to have better performance? Please ... (The setting of quality is always on "low").
Also: Could it be, that some 3D-Objekts are removed ... I thougt on "Mammoth Yosemite Airport" there was buildings, now there are not?
