there already is a heli for AFS1. I don´t understand why it is so hard to make a heli for AFS2.
These cannot be compared. Two totally separate and different code-bases. From what I understand here, AFS2 is closer to the latest RC sim than AFS1.

It was Voltaire who said something along the lines of:
Perfect is the enemy of Good.
I'm sure something similar is available from the BGA (british gliding association)
You can download the whole Dutch book from here: http://zweefvliegopleiding.nl/download/EVOLR.pdf

I could give you an online tutorial if you want.
I've had the X52 for a couple of yeas now. Happy with it, it's well controllable and has a good setup of keys and axes.
I've never used the Mode selector by the way.
Amazing detail. I really would be prepared to pay for this when it's done.
This one is a bit more compicated and has a basic panel modelled:
Being in the back of a glider with a good pilot is still fun, even if you're an experienced pilot yourself. There are so many variables, and good pilot's skills never get boring to see. Unlike in engine-powered airplanes, where piloting skills are a lot less important.
I'd love an LS4 as well, a 'normal' glider that most of us could actually afford
The 29 does feel very nice. I've flown flapped, but not the 29 in real life. I've never complained about the aircraft model, only the stuff we need to keep the gliders flying.
Nice, make the world bigger!
Useable thermals, that when not setting thermals to 10 and wind to 0, you can still find and center thermals. At the moment the only way up in a believable way is ridge lift.
I know i'm on repeat, but in this case, given that Condor 2 is not what everybody hoped it to be, there's also room for Aerofly to take market.
I've just bought Condor 2. It's underwhelming, and so seem to think most other customers. The difference in look/feel is too small and there is no VR.
So, IPACS, there is still a market to be won there. Would you consider spending some extra time on the thermal engine? Getting it acceptable is good enough for now. Perfection can be found later on.
Flabbergasted. Amazing work.
I work at a digital agency JvanE. We'd lovingly call you 'pixelneuker'
But once weight and balance gets implemented, all this will be obsolete. Trimming is an integral part of flying isn't it? You'd need different trim settings saved for amount of fuel burnt, pax or not, power settings, etc etc.
Amazing work!
Like it very much! Grass fields combine great with low altitude VFR - where for me AFS2 shines most.
Have a look at this
the asg29 is moddeled very well, just thermal are sub-standard. Flying around LOWI in VR is really nice.
