How do you set up the IAS/Mach - HDG/TRK - Altitude controls on the Thrustmaster Boeing Throttle.

I have tried ever since Aerofly 4 was released, I have followed all the information posted on the forum and it still doesn’t work, would anyone lay out the correct sequence of inputs/events so the throttle will work, many thanks

Has anyone got this throttle to work in Aerofly 4, I have spent a few hours trying to follow the instructions but haven’t got it working properly yet, set up x plane 12 in a few minutes.
