Hi Jan. I used the KING AIR plane. Flying at 1000ft. Third leg it goes haywire and starts rocking.

If I just fly with the 4 arrows on screen and then press land at nearest airport, the plane flies as smoothly as silk because he anticipates the deviations. BUT, if I fly with co-pilot with my own waypoints in a route, that is when the plane is erratic, when it turns at the waypoint it does not anticipate the turn and thus turns too fast and overshoots. co-pilot used to anticipate the deviations all the time, but not for about the last 12 months.

P.S. Just completed my most complex route I have ever done in Switzerland and I used same KING AIR plane at 4000ft. Every part of the route , every twist and turn between mountains was perfect. So why not on the ST MAARTEN route?

Dear Devs. I am very impressed with the improvement you have made to the Caribbean island of St Maarten. Superb, especially the water. BUT, my route, controlled by co-pilot from Grande Case TFFG runway 30 to St Maarten TNCM runway 10 is a disaster. Basically small plane takes off then takes a course to the left, then turns to the left again to land. The take off and landing is fine but the middle section is a total joke. The plane continually rocks violently from side to side trying to get the plane to a level position, once it gets to the turning point in line to land, miraculously the plane is stable again. This is not the first time it does this behaviour, its been doing it for at least a year. The co-pilot used to be so smooth and stable but not for the last year. I have always used co-pilot for the whole flight whichever route I flew and it was fantastic, but now its gone to pot. PLEASE PLEASE FIX IT. You can do it because you have done it before. I know you have been creating new airports and such but the co-pilot problem needs fixing.

You are having it worse than me jimbo23. My only quirk is turning the course smoothly. The co-pilot used to be smooth but now its like tilting the wings a full 45 degrees no matter how small the deviation of the route, hence it then tilts the wings 45 degrees in the opposite direction trying to hold the route. It used to anticipate the amount of deviation and only dip the wings accordingly, but now its only full on 45 degrees every time. chaos. I must say co-pilot always completes the route but its not a pretty sight to watch.

I have been complaining about the wild behaviour of the copilot for weeks now. It use to be so smooth whilst following a route, now since a couple of updates ago its all gone wild, desperately trying to keep on route. the aircraft wings alternately going up and down trying to keep level. Devs will you please please stop it doing this wild behaviour.

I have a serious problem that has recently come to light. When I fly co-pilot I find that my aircraft banks wildly side to side when I get to a direction change, seemingly at the full 45 degrees banking, no matter how small the direction change. The plane seems to have great difficulty turning gently so as to stay on course. Never had this trouble before. It is not the wind either because it is set at nil. Either an update has caused this or there is another problem. Can any one shine a light please?

hi Jan. yes - as 2 sets of numbers as on google maps. I have followed the instructions exactly but I have done nothing else that was not in the instructions. Were the instructions complete? The fs2 instructions on wiki seemed a lot longer but I assume the fs4 version with your demo Tacoma bridge was simplified. This is my first time at laying down a model. What am I doing wrong?

Hi. I put the location numbers in the tmvector line in the file, I did not add anything else to it, I just did the conversion. Was I supposed to move it somewhere?. The instructions are a little thin, wish they were explained a bit clearer. i put the numbers in that i found when i clicked on the spot in google maps

I have been trying out the new scenery SDK for fs4. I used the demo bridge model that was included, after doing everything that was required in the instructions including the conversion and making sure the finished product was in the poi folder, the new bridge did not appear on my route. Have tried half dozen times so I don`t know what I am doing wrong. As I love flying along the river Thames, City airport to Heathrow at 1000ft, I thought this new tool would be ideal for replacing some of the painted bridges with 3d ones, but something is not working. To get the coordinates for my placement of the demo bridge I clicked a spot in the middle of the river Thames and copied the numbers - was this correct?

Hope someone can help - thank you

Thank you ApfelFlieger. I don`t know either, I am a beginner in placing objects.

    Hi

Has anyone any idea how to get 3D boats and 3D bridges to place on the river Thames? and how to place them? The route from City airport to Heathrow Airport is fantastic. As I fly this route at 1000ft its great but all of the boats and some of the bridges are flat (as on Google maps).

    Thank you.
