Another wish for the R22: implement a GPS. The one from the DR400 would be perfect for me.

Thanks for the quick reply Jan

Hello,
In the latest changelog I read this:
- Added External pan around camera can be moved towards and away from the aircraft
The question is how? I can't find a control for that.
-
Most beautiful and detailed. Wooow.!

Thank your for your explanations Jan.

This is interesting. I haven't looked closely - does the C172 record fuel usage?
Hello Phil,
Not really, it's only visual I believe, the engine keeps running with fuel level at 0.
Also, I don't think the fuel level influences the weight and balance.

Hello,
I found out that the low fuel warning in the C172 never illuminates so I've played around with the settings in the TMD file and had to change the logic condition from 0.01892705 to 16.01892705 to finally see the warning below average 5 gallons.
Just wanted to let you know.
Code<[logic_greater][LeftFuelLow][] <[string8][Input0][16.01892705]> //<[string8][Input0][0.01892705]> <[string8][Input1][LeftFuelTank.Output]> >
Also, I have a question for Jan Jet-Pack (IPACS) : is there a way to calculate a random value for the fuel fill level?

Hello,
Always turn off/pause your track IR before editing the controls, else any head movement is considered as an input.
To fix your problem, click on the throttle axis bar and hit BACKSPACE to erase the input, then reassign your chproduct axis.
-
Excellent, can't wait to see it in the sim
-
For me iIt depends on the heading, the view and the aircraft.
C172 + Dr400 in cockpit = OK when I look forward, transparent when I look left or right.
C172 + Dr 400 outside view = transparent all the way.Jungmeister = always OK
C172 flickers very quickly when facing the sun (low sun at morning or evening) during take off (depends on the angle of attack).

Works 100% here.

A picture is worth a thousand words
Aircraft sitting several meters below runway and default mesh overlapping ground poly.

sydel7912: Does your airport rely on the Switzerland XRef objects?
No, no reference to any object.
I have several airports in development and they are all affected.
-
Hello team,
Since today's update, all the airports I'm working on, including Saanen stopped working correctly.
I'm using the parameter autoheight = false for my airports since this is the only way I found to make sketchup ground polygons to work in AFS2.
Is this parameter no longer supported?
-
Number one is the C172. No idea of the others
-
Something I always missed in all sims is the possibility to open the doors from the outside. Is this possible to achieve?
-
I have to restart the simulator, go to the cabin view and press ESC, which looks complicated.
No need to restart the sim. Just go to cockpit view and press ESC to go back to normal flight.
