Also Tony Kiwi gave instructions on how to put LINZ into Ortho, I followed instructions, got my API, Pasted it into the ini file but it did not show up as a data source, I still have xplanee11 and some help with this would be great, when do you plan a release?

Heya Tony wow this is so cool, I always thought of NZ to be small in area but with lots of beautiful scenery packed within, it would be magic to get yourself and Robin Corn involved with this sim, very exciting

Yes I agree with you on Orbx, let's hope no news is good news, they are the ones that can bring a Sim to life, I can only fly so much of USA and Europe, some of it is beautiful but I still long to be able to fly my own part of the world which apart from a couple of dedicated local developers is sadly lacking scenery in these latest sims, I downloaded FSW the other day just to check it out, went to Wellington airport here in the capital of New Zealand and yeah just as I thought, sad man, I wouldn't even bother putting that kind of scenery into a Sim, it's rediculous, saying they have global scenery? Yeah right 😎

Whoever brings a Sim with total globe coverage in 3d to the table, and I don't mean photo scenery, will be the winner. I'm talking about some of the cities and towns you see in other games like grand theft auto or some of the later games, although not real it looks pretty dam real, better than blurry photo scenery with some 3d modelling attached, plus it's alive 😎

I'm afraid all I see is just more scenery for the USA and Europe but no where else, enjoy guys 😎

Cheers guys "TILLER" was what I was after now to assign something on the joystick that feels good, everytime I use the yaw in the Q400 it beeps like it's saying no no no lol. Am thinking I might use the left and right slider at the front of the throttle for yaw and keep the twist for the Tiller as it seems comfortable 😎

But if you could imput your own models and data into OSM then that would be very interesting, plus very time taking I reckon in the next 5 years we will be flying the globe with life like scenery, hey, with the latest technology and from what I have seen in other games even the fake scenery looks real :0 some of it is absolutely outstanding, Imagine once that sort of stuff gets implemented into flightsim

The houses and buildings in Europe are just not the same as they are here in NZ so models from Europe look, well, different, not local if ya know what I mean, Frui quoted (Especially good in Europe) because the people that have been entering the models/data into this are from Europe who would naturally have their home as a pinpoint of interest thats all

I doubt it would be much good for New Zealand, it's frustrating that everything seems to be happening either in Europe or the States!!!! What about the rest of the globe?????? 😎

Heya guys after calibrating my joy stick the King air and the Dash 800 drift off to the left when the joystick is dead center (let go)what could the reason be for this? Been happening for a while now, Doesn't seem to do it in the 737
