You can import a TAP file that you converted from the FSCP txt file into the new system. You may then edit the airport with the new web based platform.
sorry, the https://www.fscloudport.com platform only offers tsc and toc files, but no txt file. Therefore my question.

These release dates of the past versions might give you an idea:

AFS2 Nov 20 2017
AFS3 internal version (~2020)
AFS4 Jul 4 2022

Congratulations to the new and intuative airport tool!
Many thanks Michael for your excellent overview and suggestions for improving the tool. I have already created a few airports with it and was able to get a good overview of the strengths and weaknesses.
I agree with all of Michael's points and don't see any of them as superfluous. Nevertheless, I would like to highlight a few points that I think should be given priority:
1) Easier and more precise rotation of objects.
For me, the scroll wheel reacts with far too large jumps (more than specified, possibly a bug).
It should work directly with 1° steps, and with another button in larger steps. The additional dragpoint is a good idea.
2) Strange assignment of the scroll wheel (Chrome browser, Firefox does not work at all):
With Shift Scroll the map zooms and/or the object rotates.
Control Scroll zooms the complete window content
Alt Scroll zooms the map again
Shift Control Scroll zooms the map and the object again.
Here I would like to see a change for dedicated occupancy
Zoom / Rotate fine / Rotate coarse.
3) When moving an object, not only the symbol but the complete outline should be moved. (If the performance of the browser allows it.) This would allow a much better and faster exact positioning.
5) The dark background must become light, a good contrast of the objects is very important.
6) Selecting lines is extremely difficult, the catch area should be enlarged by a factor of 4.
7) Hint what is causing a red cross when saving (focus on it and highlight the object).

Hi 🍎🚁,
unluckily FS2 orthos are only partially compatible.
Due to a wrong prioritisation, the new orthos gets visibly VERY late und you will see the regular IPACS tiles until then.
Please see here for details:
ThreadImage Priorization Bug - still present
When using ORBX or user orthos, there is a wrong priorisation.
The IPACS orthos of lower layers stay active, though that layer is also present in the ORBX folder as level13 -9.
Here is an example of orbx-nl Rotterdam. Please compare the water colors.
Observed in version 4.0.5.1 and before.

The wrong mixing of User and IPCAS orthos produces…TomSimMucOctober 9, 2022 at 9:40 AM -
These pictures look really good.
What is the resolution?

This was more a research to find out what is really causing the problem.
Unluckily the toc files are compressed in a properiatary way, so we can not edit them oursself.
(only completely deleting).
However the exact mentioning of the affected airports is probably the best way to help IPACS to eliminate those problems in the cultivation. Jet-Pack (IPACS)

These masts are a miss interpretation of osm data, which should be approach antennas, but are handled as mobile towers.
The airport designer did a good job, but the cultivation algorithm has a problem.
If you don't mind to loose houses and trees in Bologna, you can rename the file tile_11_8800_a3a0.toc to tile_11_8800_a3a0.to
The location is steamapps\common\Aerofly FS 4 Flight Simulator\scenery\cultivation\eu\
Unluckily the OSM attribute is only man_made antenna.
But with these information IPACS should easily be able to correct these masts.
