Using RC10 on Mac, is there a way to have virtual servos correspond exactly to the radio's output? (Zero mixing done by the simulator)
I specifically want to test my 7ch glider mixes, and get some muscle memory on switching between crow, butterfly and normal.
Additionally. also need to be able to set reflex and camber for all 4 wing control surfaces from the radio alone.
This cannot be done on the vanilla setup. -
you have tested this path ?
/User/user name/Library/Containers/com.aerofly.aerofly-rc-x/Data/Library/Application Support/aerofly RC x/aircraftMy mac does not have the /Users/#####/Library/Containers/com.aerofly.aerofly-rc-x folder
My installation is a Steam one, and I have also tested this folder:/Users/xxx/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/aerofly RC 10/aircraft
without any success.
EDIT:
Resolved. The issue was that I missed the detail that the models I downloaded were for RC9 or earlier. There was only one model for RC10 that worked: Carte.
This IS the correct folder:
/Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/aerofly RC 10/aircraft/ -
Put the files only in this directory:
C:\Users\username\Documents\aerofly RC 10\aircraft
Thank you for replying. Unfortunately this is not on my windows machine but on my mac (see the title of this post).

I downloaded some free models from jaria-simulator.com/aerofly , placed each in a named folder at /Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/aerofly RC 10/aircraft, but RC10 will not show these user models.
This is what the 3rd party folder looks like now:
/Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/aerofly RC 10/aircraft/
/Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/aerofly RC 10/aircraft/baron/
/Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/aerofly RC 10/aircraft/stuka/
Can confirm that RC10 standard models that were edited do appear in /Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/aerofly RC 10/aircraft_modWhat am I missing? Why won't the application recognise custom models?

I'm using RC10 on a macbook 13 m1, with RM Boxer and RM Pocket. USB-C to USB-A via dongle works, but also USB-C to USB-C.
Easier though in my experience , is using bluetooth. Here's how:
1. Switch on your Mac's bluetooth
2. Switch on your RadioMaster (TX16/Boxer/Pocket)
3. Press Sys button on the radio
4. Select the [ ExpressLRS ] menu option
5. Scroll down to [ BLE Joystick ] option - you should see something like " Joystick running" on. the radio's display
6. On your mac, go to the Bluetooth options (usually just click the bluetooth icon top left)
7. Select your radio's bluetooth entry in the list of bluetooth devices shown on your mac
8. Open RC10, go to controllers, and set it up as a **joystick*** ( this is important!!! )
9. Start playing.
9. Next time do steps 1,2,3,4,5 then 9. No need to open the mac's bluetooth options after setting the binding up the first time.
