Thank you "flightxtreme" for your fast response.
Looking at your grid I now see the FS 2 didn't make mesh for all of Finland.
That is a big problem as I have no idea how to make new mesh?
Kindest regards, Michael.

Welcome "Unlikely Spider" to the forum you are in safe hands.
My humble amateur offerings of photo scenery and cultivation will work perfectly fine over the FS 2 default mesh.
Making accurate mesh is a whole new ball game which I know absolutely nothing about the subject.
Just a quick note whilst waiting for GeoConvert to complete.
Firstly many thanks Nick for your response. Its interesting that I had "write images with mask" switched off so thanks for that tip.
I look in the AeroScenery working folder 16-geoconvert-ttc to check the files and also checking it in the sim location viewer.
I will get back later this afternoon.
Thanks again.
Cheers, Michael.
Back again from experimenting and testing and ticking "write images with mask" generated the missing level 9 and level 11 files.
Thanks again Nick for your help.
Cheers, Michael.
PS I found I could remove the level 9 and level mask files without any issues. Scenery tile looks perfectly OK.
Neither did I but I like experimenting....................................
I also had the same problem with areas in Germany.
Hang on in there as I type I'm processing AeroScenery "stiched images" with the old GeoConvert tool and its looking good.
Will report back later this afternoon.
Correct it is, I just looked to make sure.
I have noticed over the last few weeks running "AeroScenery" in both image providers that on some of the tiles level 9 and some level 11 files are missing. I thought at first it was a problem with the downloaded images, its not.
I went back to downloading a similar area of Finland using the old "FSET" and "GeoConvert" to find that generated all of the level 9 and 11 files perfectly OK.
My only conclusion from this rightly or wrongly is the problem lies within the "AeroScenery" software?
Don't worry I have made the same mistake so many times.
Its just as hot here in Italy.
Cheers, Michael.
Did you remember to put "building_textures" into the cultivation folder.
I have been caught out on this one many times.
Kindest Regards,
Michael.
I too have ended up with trees and bushes all over water areas.
I found with my edited SPC file that worked out OK.
I attach my edited SPC file.
Kindest regards,
Michael.
Thank you for your hard work and dedication.
This may be of some assistance to you.
The second picture shows the "Settings" in "AeroScenery" I'm using Win 7 and its installed on my C drive.
Kindest Regards,
Michael.
Hope you can get it sorted out in Windows 10?
The "map.toc" is correct. You then have to rename it as per my tutorial example of "Kladow", your file name will be different as an example "france.toc"
The Win 10 issue you need to take this up with the author of ScenProc.
I'm using Windows 7.
Found this: https://www.fsdeveloper.com/forum/threads/windows-10.434839/
Sorry I am unable to help you further.
Kindest regards, Michael.
That looks like a very big area you downloaded to convert to cultivation. If you followed my tutorial it is MOST important to limit the download to no more than 20 MB using the web site provider http://www.bbbike.org
Hi Christy,
It seems that your installed "ScenProc" cannot open your "map.osm" folder.
To keep your installation simple like mine can you install "ScenProc" onto your "C drive" in a new folder call it "Cultivation for FS 2" as the picture below shows.
In this new folder it has to contain "ScenProc" and the scripts as the picture below plus your "map.osm" folder to work.
Hope this helps?
Kindest regards, Michael.
Cultivation the simple way part one.
Cultivation the simple way part two
These tutorials should get you up and running.
Welcome back Nick.
Cheers, Michael.
Welcome back Nick and great news on adding ArcGIS plus others to your AeroScenery.
Thank you.
Kindest Regards,
Michael
