I really love Aerofly FS2,shall we see development news every half month/week??
I love Aerofly too. If you look I've also not demanded anything. Just asked how's it going. I've also waited just over a month since their last progress report to ask.

How's things going progress wise. Any news on the helicopter?
Love the photo. Park it I can not land it on runways a mile long. Taildraggers need a lot of skel to take off, fly and land
Ah but there's no saying he did fly. He might have just trundled around on the ground to this point
I'm just imagining all the crazy things we can try when we get a helicopter
Just seen a post suggestion from kenventions asking for an area to put forward fun little ideas to try in Aerofly.
Thought I'd start one.
1: Landing on the Golden Gate bridge, stopping, then taking off again. I've done it in a DR 400. I've not tried anything bigger or faster yet.
Please add your fun tasks.
Thanks for the update, but if you think for a moment this might stop me screaming 'When' and 'I want it now!' you'll be sorely disappointed Tee hee
The only slightly annoying thing is having to pop into the forum all the time to see if I've missed an update.
I'd like to say thanks for the info too and I also assumed/hoped that you being a little quieter on here meant you were busy on with the sim. Great to hear and good luck to you all.
Nothing for the Camel though. That one really needs updating.
I've just got that email. Thanks
$15 store credit? Did see that? Where's that?
How about the Robin we've already got working with VR hands. I know it's in the works, I just wondered if there's a finish in sight. Thanks
Impressive attention to detail!!
That's a good point. I use glasses for reading, but with the Oculus I can see better without them.
Thanks. Ed
So now imagine flying in a real aircraft without your glasses. Bet you'd have to lean forward to read the dials and buttons in that too
Thank you!
I actually now think I maybe always thought there wasn't one lol, it really is tucked away under there. I think the image I had in my mind was from XP.
So basically for me, VR hands came with a bonus parking brake DLC lol.
Since getting VR hands I've just found that too The area that's sensitive to grabbing it is really small!! Take a few goes.
The Robin DR400 doesn't work at all with VR hands. Will you be fixing this?
Detailed instructions are in the wiki. A link is also posted in the announcement.
1) the buttons on the Touch aren't assignable. The brake is DOWN on the left analog stick/pad
2)another short press removed the sub-menu
3) If you have the Touch controllers haptic feedback is already there. We may increase this a bit though. Vive users don't have this available at this point in time but we will see if it can be done.
OK, thank you. Though I'm not sure you're understanding what I'm suggesting.
1: Thank you. Now I've got used to it and found the hidden wheel brake in the C172 I love the VR hands.
2: 'Another short press' actually resets your view. A longer 2 seconded press brings you back out of the view selection area. ( I know this) I just find that while in 'view selection' area we don't need the information on changing the view there all the time. I'd like to scroll through the views without that. Maybe have it fade away to only show a small bit of text saying 'View selection' in a corner, so we don't just stay in that but can see the views better.
3: Yes you're right, haptic feedback is there. It does need increasing a bit. Though I'd like a click sound and the button area to light up maybe ( as it does with a mouse). It just feels unfinished. Mainly a sound would help a lot. Thanks.
I'm using most recent nvidia drivers and with no Dash and classic oculus with no problems.
1: My first problem was I checked out the VR hands with the C172 first from a parked area. As usual the plane starts moving forward very slightly. I'd like to break or mainly 'Add wheel breaks'! How? I wanted to add these to oculus touch (maybe A or B buttons) but that can't be done yet. So how do I do this. I can't see any brakes/wheel brakes in the plane.
2: Also when we hold down the menu button on the left touch controller to get to the view/ button info area it shows a diagram of the controllers etc, could we have this disappear after a short while. So we can click quickly between the views and enjoy them without the diagram over the top before choosing one.
3: Could you add to the opening Menu, Haptic feedback and buttons lighting, as at the moment I just poke my finger through the screen and the only way I know I've done it right is it just changes to the selected page ( after a slight unfortunate delay).
Other than that so far great and all working, though I struggle still with my arm aching and wobbling in the air.
